A thorough first session to understand stress load, goals, mobility, breath patterns, sleep, tension, and what support would be most useful.
60 minutes

One-on-one therapeutic yoga support focused on nervous system regulation, mobility, breath, pain relief, recovery, and resilience.

More time for assessment, deeper practice, stress recovery work, and a personalized home practice plan.
