Sessions are private and tailored for high-stress professionals, first responders, and people carrying demanding lives. Pricing is designed to be simple, professional, and easy to connect with Jane App booking when ready.

Initial Consultation

75 minutes

$150

A thorough first session to understand stress load, goals, mobility, breath patterns, sleep, tension, and what support would be most useful.

Extended Session

90 minutes

$185

More time for assessment, deeper practice, stress recovery work, and a personalized home practice plan.

Six-Session Support Package

Six 60-minute private sessions for clients who want steady support over time.

$690

Corporate wellness, team sessions, first responder group programs, and workplace workshops are available by request. Rates can be added later once the format is confirmed.
